This pesto uses Brazil nuts and garlic, which are shown to contain positive vitamins and nutrition to help with depression.
Fresh Basil Leaves, 2 Crushed Garlic Cloves, Brazil nuts, Grated Parmesan, Olive Oil
1. Using a pestle and mortar crush the basil leaves, garlic and oil to a pulp
2. Toast the Brazil nuts, add the parmesan to the basil leaves and mix in.
3. Whizz the toasted nuts in a food processor, mix the brazil nuts with the basil mixture
4. Refrigerate and use on whatever you like!!!
