This quick meal can supply some good depression beating nutrients and is tasty too!
Ingredients (For 2 people, Prep time 10 mins, Cooking Time 5mins)
500g Mussells, 2 Shallots, 3 Garlic Cloves, 250ml White wine, Parsley
1. Finely dice the garlic, shallots and parsley
2. Place shallots and garlic in pan until softened, add the mussells, wine and garlic.
3. Bring to fast simmer place tight fitting lid for 3 minutes.
4. Serve in a bowl discarding any unopened mussells. Can be served with some brown bread or some home made chips.
